- day 1: arrive in Rome airport and pick-up with private transfer to Spoleto – room accommodation – welcome aperitivo and program presentation – dinner at the Bevilacqua Farmhouse (included)
- day 2: breakfast and departure to Spoleto. Guided tour of the enchanting city centre of Festival – stop for lunch on your own in some of so many “Osterie” with traditional Umbria food – horse riding in the forest – back to Farmhouse – dinner (included)
- day 3: breakfast and departure to Montefalco, the capital of Umbria wine production, guided walking in the medieval village and visit of a local winery, wine tour and amazing wine pairing lunch in the cellar (included) – back to farmhouse – dinner (included)
- day 4: breakfast and let’s be ready for an exciting horse riding excursion in the forest – picnic lunch (included) – back at the farmhouse and resting time – dinner (included) – (for no horse riders walking in the forest and pick-nic with the group)
- day 5: breakfast and departure to Bartoli farmhouse for a great experience of truffle hunting – lunch at the local farmhouse, tasting truffle recipes (included) – afternoon visit of Monteluco, the sacred Mountain of ancient hermits, visiting the Sacred Forest, meditating in the forest and discovering the mystic St. Francis Convent dated back 1218 – back to farmhouse and dinner (included)
- day 6 breakfast and departure to Assisi, St. Francis Home town: visit of the city centre with professional guide – transfer to Spello where we will reach Frantoio di Spello and we will visit a local olive-oil mill – lunch with local traditional food in the mill and tasting local extra virgin Olive-oil (included) – on the way back home short visit of a local Cashmere factory – transfer back to Farmhouse and dinner (included)
- day 7: breakfast and transfer to Rivotorto for an exciting Horse carriage Tour in the enchanting green valley of Umbria, visiting a Umbrian Brewery and tasting local beer and food production (included) back to farmhouse free time to pack – farewell dinner with live music! (included) Baci e Abbracci!
- Day 8: breakfast and departure to Rome
